Syntropy Coherence Breath Pacer Music Series 2 – Alchemy

‘Alchemy’ is Syntropy’s second breath pacer series and this time we’ve elevated the experience to another level. We’ve composed 7 beautiful warm ambient electronic music tracks, each featuring gorgeous rhythms and evocative sounds to help you time your breathing to perfection and synchronise your heart and brain in high coherence.

Each track is available in 3 different breath cycle speeds to suit your needs and preferences:

• 8 secs (4 secs in and 4 secs out) is for children and people with breathing difficulties. It can also be used for ‘box breathing’ (in for 4 secs, hold for 4 secs, out for 4 secs, hold for 4 secs, repeat).
• 10 secs (5 secs in and 5 secs out) will suit most people. The 10 secs cycle equates to 6 breaths per minute, and research shows that most people are able to achieve and sustain high levels of coherence at this pace.
• 12 secs (6 secs in and 6 secs out) is optimal for people with very good fitness and/or who are familiar with breathwork or yoga.

The Alchemy Breath Pacer series has been composed using 8 Dimensional binaural effects for a fully immersive and spatial audio experience. For best results listen with headphones.
